At DigiAI Wallet ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'), your privacy and data security are fundamental to everything we do. Our app is built on a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we design systems in a way that your private data remains completely yours—we can’t see it, access it, or store it.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it’s protected, and your rights regarding that information.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture

We follow a strict zero-knowledge design philosophy, which means:

  • Your private and personal data is fully encrypted and stored only on your device.
  • We do not store, transmit, or have access to your folders, notes, cards or document contents.
  • All encryption and key management happens locally, on your device only.
  • Even if we wanted to, we cannot decrypt or view your encrypted data.
  • This architecture ensures only you have access to your information—not even DigiAI Wallet can see it

What does “Zero-Knowledge” mean in simple terms?

It means we built the app so we literally “know nothing” about the sensitive content you store in it. You’re in full control. We handle no encryption keys, no content, and no backups to our servers—your device is the only place where your data lives and gets decrypted.

Information We Collect at Account Creation

To create and manage your DigiAI Wallet account, we collect the following basic identity information:

  • First Name (required)
  • Last Name (required)
  • Email Address (required)
  • Phone Number (required)

We collect this information only once during onboarding and store it securely to manage your account and provide app functionality such as:

  • Identity verification
  • Account recovery and support
  • Personalization and settings

We do not collect financial details, behavioral data, or app content.

App Data, Storage, and Encryption

  • Stored only on your device
  • Encrypted using AES-256
  • Secured with a locally stored key that we never have access to
  • Biometric authentication for sensitive data access

We cannot access, decrypt, or restore your encrypted data.

Backup and Data Recovery

  • You can optionally back up your encrypted data to your own cloud drive (Google Drive or iCloud).
  • You can back up your data to Google Drive (Android only) or iCloud (iOS only).
  • If you choose to back up to iCloud, please note:
    • This backup cannot be restored on Android devices.
    • It can only be restored on iPhones where iCloud is available.
  • If you choose to back up to Google Drive, please note:
    • This backup cannot be restored on IOS devices.
    • It can only be restored on Android where Google Drive is available.
No backup = no data recovery.

According to our Zero-Knowledge Architecture, we do not store your personal data on our servers. Your data stays only on your mobile device or your selected backup service (Google Drive or iCloud). If you do not back up your data, then your data will be permanently lost in any of the following cases:

  • You lose your mobile device
  • You change your device (e.g. buy a new phone)
  • You reset or format your phone
  • Your mobile gets damaged or corrupted
  • You uninstall the app without backup
  • You restore your phone to factory settings

In all these situations, your data cannot be recovered unless you had previously created a backup. We strongly recommend setting up a backup to Google Drive (for Android) or iCloud (for iOS).

  • We do not access, manage, or store these backups.
  • To restore data on a new device, you’ll need to log in with the same backup email account.
  • We cannot help recover your data if you lose your device or your backup email/password.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store:

  • App data, personal notes, or folders
  • Credit card or banking information
  • Cryptocurrency addresses or transactions
  • Behavioral tracking or third-party advertising IDs
  • Cloud backups or encryption keys

Account Deletion and Subscription Responsibility

If you choose to delete your DigiAI Wallet account, please be aware that all stored data associated with your account will be permanently removed from your device. This process is irreversible and, in line with our Zero-Knowledge Architecture, we cannot assist in recovering any data unless you have previously created a backup to your personal Google Drive (Android) or iCloud (iOS). Important: If you have an active subscription, you are solely responsible for cancelling it before deleting your account. Failure to cancel your subscription may result in continued billing and automatic renewals, even after your account has been deleted. DigiAI Wallet does not manage or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Technical Info We Collect

To ensure functionality, performance, and support, we may collect limited non-sensitive data:

  • Device type and OS
  • App version
  • IP address (for analytics and security)

This is used only for app improvement and is not linked to your encrypted content.

How We Use Collected Data

Your account info (e.g., name, email) is used for:

  • Account creation and user authentication
  • Password recovery or account support
  • Responding to support inquiries
  • Personalizing app content (e.g., greetings, profile)

None of this data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may:

  • Access or update your account information
  • Request deletion of your user profile (including encrypted app content)
  • Withdraw consent or restrict data usage
  • Contact us to ask questions or raise concerns

Children’s Privacy

DigiAI Wallet is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children. If we become aware, we’ll delete such data promptly.

Our website uses basic cookies for performance and support only. No tracking, advertising, or cross-site tracking is used.

App-Only Access

DigiAI Wallet is a mobile-only platform. User data cannot be accessed or managed through our website.
