1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DigiAI Wallet mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.
2. Free Trial Offer
- Trial Period: Upon account creation, all new users will receive a 1-month free trial period. During this period, users will have access to all features of DigiAI Wallet but with limited data.
Trial users can:- Track immunizations for up to 2 children.
- Store up to 2 health cards (self-only).
- Upload up to 2 test reports.
- Add up to 10 custom miscellaneous cards.
- Use 100 messages with DigiAI Chat.
- Store up to 2 documents.
- Benefit from 2FA and lock features for security.
- Payment: Your payment will be processed through Google Pay/Apple Pay at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Subscription Renewal: The subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off the auto-renewal feature at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Charges for Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period expires, and you will be notified of the renewal cost.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by accessing the account settings after completing your purchase.
- Trial Expiry: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited once you subscribe to the service.
- Transition After Trial: Once the trial ends, users will need to manually subscribe to a paid subscription to continue using the app's features with unlimited data. If users have a valid promotion code, they can use it to receive a discount on their subscription plan.
- Trial Expiry: Users will not be automatically charged at the end of the trial. Users must manually select a subscription plan to continue using the app.

4. Promotion Code Offer
- Promo Code Use: Users may apply promo codes for discounts on our subscription plans:
- Individual Promo Code: Available for discounts on the Individual Yearly Plan.
- Family Promo Code: Available for discounts on the Family Yearly Plan.
- Promo Code Terms: Promo codes are time-limited and can only be used once per user. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Subscription Terms
- Manual Renewal: After the free trial, users must manually select a subscription plan to continue using the app's features
- Payment: All subscription payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play billing systems.
- Cancellation: Users can cancel or opt-out from auto-renewal at any time through the App Store or Google Play.
