By using the DigiAI Wallet mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Subscription Terms, which are incorporated into our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Please read all policies carefully before using our services.

Free Trial Offer

Trial Overview

Upon account creation, users can select one of the following:

  • Individual Plan
  • Family Plan

Both plans include a 1-month free trial with full access to all premium features.

Trial Benefits

If you select the Individual Plan

  • Unlimited health cards (self-only)
  • Unlimited lab test (Coming Soon)
  • Unlimited DigiAI Chat messages
  • Unlimited miscellaneous card storage
  • Unlimited travel & immigration document storage
  • Full security features: biometric lock, 2FA
  • Unlimited immunization tracking for multiple children

If you select the Family Plan

  • Health cards for spouse, children, and parents
  • Unlimited lab test results for family (Coming Soon)
  • Unlimited DigiAI Chat messages
  • Unlimited travel & miscellaneous documents
  • Full security features: biometric lock, 2FA
  • Unlimited immunization tracking for multiple children

Auto-Renewal After Trial:

At the end of the 1-month trial:

  • Your plan will automatically renew to the selected Individual or Family tier
  • The payment method linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged
  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • Unused portions of the trial cannot be carried over or refunded after the subscription starts

Subscription Terms

  • Auto-Renewal: Plans renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the billing period ends.
  • Payment Processing: All charges are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your Apple or Google subscription settings. Access continues until the current billing period ends
  • No Partial Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google, in accordance with their refund policies

Account Deletion and Subscription Responsibility

If you choose to delete your DigiAI Wallet account, please note that all data stored on your device will be permanently removed and cannot be restored unless you have previously created a backup using Google Drive (Android) or iCloud (iOS). Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Important:

You are solely responsible for managing and cancelling your active subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you do not cancel your subscription before deleting your account, you may continue to be charged due to automatic renewal settings. DigiAI Wallet does not have access to or control over subscription billing and cannot cancel or refund subscriptions on your behalf.

Data Protection & Privacy

  • What We Collect: Name, email, phone number, for app registration only
  • How We Protect It: All user data is encrypted and securely stored locally on your phone. On-device encryption ensures that your data remains private and protected at all times
  • Our Commitment: We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and are working toward SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy

Disclaimers

  • DigiAI Wallet is not responsible for data loss, service disruptions, hardware malfunctions, or third-party platform issues
  • Your use of the app and subscription confirms agreement with these terms and our general Terms & Conditions

DigiAI Wallet operates on a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we do not store, access, or have visibility into any user data. All information remains securely on the user's device. As such, users are solely responsible for the security, backup, and maintenance of their own data and devices.

By using the DigiAI Wallet app and subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Data Responsibility: DigiAI Wallet cannot be held liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access of data stored on your personal device. Since we do not store or control your data, any data loss resulting from device theft, damage, hacking, or malfunction is solely the user’s responsibility.
  • Device-Based Risks: Users are responsible for protecting their devices using secure methods such as passcodes, biometric authentication, and encryption. If your device is compromised, the security of your data may be at risk — and DigiAI Wallet cannot intervene or retrieve lost or exposed data.
  • Third-Party Services and Hardware: We are not responsible for service disruptions, performance issues, or failures arising from third-party platforms, operating systems, device manufacturers, or external service providers.
  • Subscription Agreement: Your use of the app and its services constitutes agreement with this disclaimer and our full Terms & Conditions.

We strongly encourage users to:

  • Regularly update their devices and apps
  • Enable all security features available
  • Avoid sharing device or app access credentials
