- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws, including anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

To ensure a safe user experience:

- Biometric authentication is available for supported devices.
- Users receive real-time alerts for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strongly recommended.
In the event of a security breach, users will be notified within 72 hours of detection, and the scope, impact, and mitigation steps will be disclosed.

- Notify affected users within 72 hours of detection.
- Disclose the scope, impact, and mitigation actions taken to address the issue.
- Advise users to monitor their accounts and reset credentials if suspicious activity is detected.

Some features of the App may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
DigiAI Wallet and its affiliates provide the App "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. While we implement best-in-class security practices, no system is entirely immune to vulnerabilities or breaches. You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk
DigiAI Wallet, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.
- Any interruptions or cessation of service.
- Malware or viruses transmitted through third-party services.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
- Your reliance on any information or tools available within DigiAI Wallet.
By continuing to use the App, you agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating any risks associated with the use of the platform, and you release DigiAI Wallet from all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

DigiAI Wallet is not responsible for any loss of data, whether due to technical failures, human error, or other reasons. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of any critical data.

You agree to indemnify and hold DigiAI Wallet harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

DigiAI Wallet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including AML, CTF, KYC, GDPR, CCPA, and other international data protection regulations where applicable.
