Terms of Service
Effective / updated: 6 November 2026
1. Agreement and trader information
These Terms of Service govern DigiAIWallet, including the mobile app listed as Digi AI Wallet, the website at digiaiwallet.com, and related services we make available (together, the “Services”). Your agreement is with DIGIHEALTHCARD.COM LLC. (“we,” “us” or “our”).
We provide the Services in the course of our business and act as a trader. Consumer protections applicable to your relationship with us remain available.
By accepting these Terms in the app or an applicable registration or purchase flow, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services. From their effective date, these Terms replace previous general Terms & Conditions and subscription terms for the same Services, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Purchase-specific entitlements disclosed and accepted at checkout remain applicable.

2. What DigiAIWallet does
DigiAIWallet helps you organize personal records and document copies. Available features may include health cards, prescriptions, test results, vaccination records, travel documents, receipts, other card or document information, family profiles, reminders, pharmacy directories and AI-assisted information. The features you can use depend on your app version, device, location, permissions and plan.
These Terms cover document and information services. Storing a card image or payment-method information does not create a bank account, payment balance or money-transfer service. The record-storage features do not hold funds, execute payments or provide cryptocurrency custody or investment services.
A stored copy does not become an official identity document, travel authorization, vaccination certificate, prescription or verified medical record. Keep originals and check what an airline, border authority, healthcare provider, insurer or other recipient requires. Using the app does not imply affiliation with or approval by those organizations.
3. Eligibility and family information
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. A user aged 13 or older who does not yet have that capacity may use the Services only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms and supervises that use, and only where the app, platform requirements and local law permit. Children under 13 may not create or use their own accounts.
A parent, guardian or other authorized adult may manage a child’s records through supported family features. This is different from a child holding an account. Only add another person’s information when you have lawful authority, and obtain consent where required. Keep each person’s information in the correct profile and review access when your authority or family circumstances change.
4. Your account and device
Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Protect your login, device passcode and any recovery or backup credentials. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized account access. Do not share an account in a way that gives someone access to records they are not entitled to see.
The app needs a compatible device and supported operating system. Connected features need an internet connection, and your carrier may charge for data. Some features require permissions such as camera, notifications or location; you can manage these through available device controls. Denying a permission may prevent the associated feature from working. Install necessary app and security updates.
5. Your documents and ownership
You retain your rights in the documents and other material you add. You are responsible for having authority to use them and for checking their accuracy, completeness, expiry dates and relevance. Do not upload stolen identities, counterfeit records or information that infringes another person’s rights.
Where you choose to send information to us or enable a feature that processes it, you permit only the processing needed to perform that feature, maintain its operation and meet legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notice. This does not transfer ownership, authorize public disclosure or grant unrestricted marketing rights over your records. Enabling one feature is not blanket permission to use all documents in your wallet.
6. Storage, backups and recovery
Keep independent copies of important records. Use supported backup or export controls, where available, and check that a backup can be restored before replacing, resetting or discarding your device. Local storage, synchronization and backup capabilities may differ between app versions, operating systems and cloud providers.
Recovery can depend on your device, encryption or recovery credentials, and the availability of a usable backup. We cannot promise to restore records when those requirements are missing or when a recovery method is not supported. Do not assume that an iOS backup can be restored to Android, or the reverse, unless the app expressly supports it.
Third-party cloud storage is subject to the provider’s terms and your settings. Backup guidance does not exclude our responsibility for losses caused by a failure for which we are legally liable.
7. Health information, AI and reminders
AI chat, health explanations and childcare information, where available, are informational tools. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. They do not provide a clinical diagnosis, prescription or professional treatment and do not create a clinician–patient relationship. Confirm important health information with a qualified healthcare professional.
Vaccination records and suggested schedules help organize information. A reminder does not confirm that a vaccine is appropriate, administered or legally required. Verify timing with the child’s clinician and the current guidance applicable to the child’s country and circumstances. Travel requirements also need confirmation with the relevant official authority.
Notifications can fail or arrive late because of permissions, connectivity, device settings or other interruptions. Maintain your own arrangements for appointments, medications and document renewals.
Emergency help
DigiAIWallet is not an emergency service or a system that continuously monitors your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an AI response or support reply.
8. Sharing and third-party services
Before sharing a record, check the recipient and consider what it contains. Once a recipient receives a copy, removing your own copy or turning off a sharing feature may not remove theirs. Use only sharing methods appropriate for the sensitivity of the information.
Directory results, maps and links to pharmacies or other providers are offered for convenience. Confirm opening hours, services, prices and suitability directly. A listing does not guarantee availability or constitute an endorsement. Purchases or services supplied by an identified third party are governed by its terms, without removing any responsibility we have under applicable law.
9. Privacy, permissions and security
Read our Privacy Policy for information about data handling, storage, service providers, your choices and privacy requests. Different features may process different information. An optional AI or connected feature may need its own notice or permission before you send information to it.
Accepting these Terms does not by itself supply any separate consent required for sensitive data, children’s information or sharing with another service. Follow the permissions and disclosures for the feature you choose. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security; this does not reduce our duty to use legally required safeguards. Contact contact@digiaiwallet.com for a privacy or account-data request.
10. Plans, prices and trials
The app may offer free access, individual or family plans, monthly or annual subscriptions and other purchases. The applicable purchase screen identifies the features, storage or profile limits, billing period, price, currency, taxes and any trial. Do not assume that every platform or country offers the same plan or price.
A trial is available only when offered to you. Its duration, eligibility, conversion date, charge and cancellation conditions are shown before you agree. These Terms do not promise a particular trial length. If a free feature later becomes paid, we will disclose the change and obtain any required authorization before charging you.
11. Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews according to the recurring payment terms you authorize at checkout. Manage an App Store subscription through your Apple account and a Google Play subscription through your Google Play account. Cancel before the renewal deadline shown by that provider if you do not want the next charge. For any subscription billed directly by us, use the cancellation method provided at purchase or contact support.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal, with paid access continuing until the end of the current period unless the applicable terms or law provide otherwise. It does not automatically erase your documents or close your account. Uninstalling the app, stopping use or deleting an app account does not necessarily stop an app-store subscription; cancel it with the billing provider and retain the confirmation.
Any change to renewal pricing will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and store requirements, with consent obtained where required. Review your plan before cancelling or changing it, and save information you need if an entitlement will end.
12. Refunds and consumer rights
For purchases through Apple or Google Play, use the relevant store’s refund process. Contact us if you need help identifying the purchase or resolving an issue with our service. For purchases billed directly by us, send your transaction reference to support. A store’s payment process does not remove any statutory rights against us.
Mandatory consumer rights remain available, including applicable rights concerning digital content quality, service performance, remedies and refunds. If you are in the EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with a legal withdrawal right, a qualifying distance contract may carry a 14-day cancellation period. An exception for immediate digital delivery or completed services applies only when all legal requirements have been met, including any necessary express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not waive withdrawal rights.
Where a withdrawal right applies, notify us with a clear statement identifying the service, your name, order date and transaction reference. An applicable model form may be used but is not mandatory. Legally due refunds will be made within the required time through the applicable payment process. A proportionate charge for services already supplied applies only where the law permits it and any required request or consent was obtained.
13. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the Services for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, identity theft or other unlawful conduct. Do not upload malware, access records without permission, interfere with service operation or bypass security or payment controls.
We and our licensors retain rights in the app, trademarks, design and service materials. You may use the Services for their intended lawful personal purpose, subject to these Terms and the applicable app license. You may not resell access or copy, reverse engineer or redistribute protected software except with permission or where law expressly permits it. These restrictions do not prohibit lawful accessibility, interoperability or security research that cannot legally be restricted.
14. Availability and service changes
We will provide the Services with the care and skill required by law. Maintenance, network problems, third-party outages and software changes may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will operate on every device.
We may make reasonable changes for technical, security, legal or service reasons. For a material reduction to a paid entitlement or another significant adverse change, we will provide appropriate notice and any required cancellation or refund remedy. Where a feature will be discontinued, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve affected information when practical and legally permitted.
15. Suspension, account closure and deletion
You may stop using the app and request account deletion using the available in-app controls or by contacting support. Export or back up records you need before deleting data, removing the app or closing the account. Data stored on a device or in your own cloud account may require separate removal through those controls. Applicable legal retention and privacy rules still apply.
We may restrict or end access for a material breach, serious security risk, unlawful use or a legal requirement. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain the reason, offer an opportunity to address the problem and allow retrieval of your information. Urgent protective action may be immediate. You may request a review through support. Ending access does not remove statutory refund or other consumer rights.
16. Responsibility and legal limits
Descriptions of AI limitations, document acceptance and recovery risks explain how the Services work; they do not exclude our legal obligations. We remain responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us liable.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen or for business losses arising from use of a service intended for personal purposes. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
17. App-store terms and the iOS license
The store used to obtain DigiAIWallet may have separate terms for downloads, payments and store accounts. Those terms continue to apply. These service Terms do not change the store’s own responsibilities under law.
For iOS copies, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the software license unless a custom license is expressly supplied through the App Store. These Terms supplement the app license for our Services; they are not intended to replace Apple’s standard license with a custom EULA. Contact us for support concerning DigiAIWallet.
18. Contact, complaints and disputes
For support, complaints, refund assistance, privacy requests or legal notices, email contact@digiaiwallet.com or use the business address and telephone in section 1. Include your account identifier and relevant transaction reference. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, medical records, passwords or full payment-card information by email.
We will consider your concern and explain the next steps. You remain free to approach a competent court, regulator or legally available dispute-resolution body. Contacting support does not suspend a legal deadline or require you to waive your rights. Applicable law determines the governing rules and courts with jurisdiction, including mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
19. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when our Services, business arrangements or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date, provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain consent where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights concerning earlier purchases or disputes. If you do not accept an applicable change, you may stop using the affected service and exercise any cancellation or refund rights available to you.
If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive it. No summary replaces your statutory rights or the full Terms.
